RGW Foundation’s Community Language Access Program provides culturally responsive, in-person interpretation services for organizations serving diverse families and communities.
Whether you are hosting a parent meeting, community workshop, educational program, wellness event, or family-centered gathering, our interpreters help create spaces where participants can engage fully—in the language in which they feel most comfortable.
More Than Translation
Our interpreters do more than exchange words between languages.
We seek bilingual professionals who understand the importance of cultural responsiveness, confidentiality, professionalism, and preserving the meaning and tone of what is being communicated.
Our goal is simple: everyone in the room should have the opportunity to understand, participate, and belong.

Community Language Access is part of RGW Foundation’s broader commitment to removing barriers to wellness, education, connection, and community participation.
Revenue generated through organizational interpretation services helps support the Foundation’s mission to expand access to affordable, culturally responsive mental health resources, educational programming, and community-based services.
When organizations partner with us for language access, they are not only creating a more inclusive experience for their participants—they are helping us expand access throughout the communities we serve.
Interpretation Services
• We provide language support for:

• Organizational meetings and presentations
Services may be available in Spanish and additional languages based on interpreter availability.
For Organizations
Schools, nonprofits, behavioral health providers, community organizations, churches, agencies, trainers, and other organizations may contract with RGW Foundation for interpretation support.
In-Person Interpretation
Our standard community interpretation rate includes up to one hour of in-person interpretation.
Extended programs, half-day engagements, recurring services, and multi-interpreter needs are quoted based on the scope of the event.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Need Language Support Regularly?Organizations with recurring interpretation needs may request customized service arrangements for ongoing workshops, meetings, programs, or community events.

RGW Foundation is developing a network of bilingual and multilingual professionals interested in supporting community-based interpretation assignments.
We welcome individuals with strong bilingual communication skills who value professionalism, cultural responsiveness, confidentiality, and community service.
Languages of interest include Spanish and other languages represented throughout the communities we serve.
