Education that empowers. Healing that starts with conversation.
Why Workshops Matter
Access to therapy is important—but it’s not the only path to healing. Sometimes, healing begins with a conversation in a classroom, a church hall, or a community center. Our workshops create brave, culturally responsive spaces for BIPOC youth, families, and community partners to explore mental health, emotional well-being, and relational wellness together.
At RGW Foundation, we believe mental health education should be community-powered, culturally grounded, and trauma-informed—and that’s exactly what our workshops offer.
What We Offer
Our workshops are interactive, skill-building experiences tailored for schools, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, agencies, and other community spaces. Each session is led by licensed professionals and facilitators who understand the cultural, systemic, and historical factors that shape mental and emotional health in BIPOC communities.
All workshops can be offered in-person or virtually. Sessions range from 60–90 minutes and can be adapted for youth, caregivers, educators, or professional audiences.
